How to install the embedded lamp

When choosing lamps and lanterns for home decoration, embedded lamps and lanterns are often used, such as living room, kitchen, toilet, etc. because the appearance of embedded lamps and lanterns is flat and the lamps and lanterns will not protrude, many people like to choose embedded lamps and lanterns when decorating. Installation skills of embedded lamps:

1. Opening on the ceiling: when designing the ceiling grid, the position of embedded lamps shall be considered. The grating at the ceiling lamp is made into hole frame with the peripheral dimension of the lamp, which can be used as the installation and connection structure of the lamp and the closing structure of the ceiling surface layer. When installing large embedded lamps, the hole frame of the opening shall be reinforced.

2. Connection of suspender and luminaire: for large embedded luminaire to be installed on the surface of ceiling, suspender shall be installed from the structural layer. The suspender can be buried in the floor construction, and the position of the embedded reinforcement is accurate, but it is difficult to ensure the installation position of the luminaire in the construction. In this regard, the grid can be hoisted at the installation position of the lamp to connect the grid with the suspender and the support frame on the lamp, so as to ensure the safety and accuracy of the position.

3. Assembly of embedded lamps: the so-called "assembly of embedded lamps" refers to the large lamps with various patterns assembled by ordinary fluorescent lamps, incandescent lamps and other additional lattice glass, plexiglass or plastic crystal chips.

Precautions for installation of embedded lamps:

1. The most basic requirement for the installation of embedded lamps is to be firm, and the metal shell of lamps shall be grounded to ensure safe use;

2. The lamp head with switch shall not have exposed metal part for safety;

3. When the toilet and kitchen are equipped with low footed lamp caps, porcelain screw mouth low footed lamp caps should be used. The wiring and phase line (switch line) of screw socket lamp head shall be connected to the central contact terminal, and the zero line shall be connected to the threaded terminal;

4. When installing the embedded lamps, the concealed lines in the ceiling or wall protection board must be protected by fire-retardant sleeve;

5. When the embedded lamps are installed on the flat roof of the decoration crane, they shall be installed according to the requirements of the installation instructions of lamps. When the weight of the lamp is more than 3kg, the embedded hook or the expansion bolt shall be used to fix the support and hanger directly from the roof. The wire from the lamp head box shall be protected to the lamp position by the hose to prevent the wire from being exposed in the flat roof;

6. In addition to careful design, the installation of such lamps and lanterns must also grasp the position of lamps and the flatness of decorative glass during construction.
