LED lamps and lanterns are now very common, with low brightness, long life and many styles. From LED bulbs to chandeliers, they have become LED light sources. But occasionally, the LED lights do not turn on and dim, and the power supply flashes. In fact, the structure of LED light is very simple. If we find the problem, we can simply repair it.
1、 Structure of LED lamp
Now there are common ceiling lights and ordinary small bulbs, each style, but the internal circuit is the same. When we open the shell, we can see many small lamp beads, which are all strung together. The more beads, the higher the brightness. Then there is a controller, that is, the driver plays the role of voltage reduction, constant current, rectification and filtering. Some LED drivers are external, some are internal, not visible.
2、 Analysis of LED light not on
1. Use a pencil or multimeter to check whether the input terminal has power. The multimeter directly measures whether the voltage value of the input terminal is 220 v. If there is no power at the input, there is a problem with the lead to the LED bulb. If there is power, check further. Use the electric pen to check whether the input terminal has power.
2. Then check the driver. In most cases, if the bulb is not on, the driver is broken. The input terminal is normal. After power on, a small lamp bead is not on. That is, the driver is broken. Replace the driver alone. Professional ones can be opened for maintenance, not replaced directly.
3、 LED lights dim
The small lamp beads are connected in series, and then divided into several groups. Each group is connected in parallel. If a small lamp bead breaks down, this group will not light up, but other groups will still light up normally, but the overall brightness will decrease. If you can't see which lamp bead is broken, you can use the diode of the multimeter to directly light up one by one with red and black probes. If you find a small resistor, you can replace it or find a lamp bead to replace it.
4、 LED lights are off and flashing
Most of these reasons are caused by the switch controlling the zero line. Find out the reasons and adjust the line. Make sure that the zero line enters the light and the live line enters the switch. There is also the switch with indicator light, the weak current in the indicator light lights up the lamp beads, weak light. Moreover, the quality of LED light is very rubbish, and it generates induction current. At this time, you may be normal to change into an incandescent lamp. If you don't want to use incandescent lamp, buy a small relay, string it into the circuit, and absorb the induction electricity.
